How do I know the sneakers are authentic?
Every pair is authenticated in-house before it's listed. Our founder has been authenticating sneakers for more than twenty years and cross-checks each pair against established authentication tools. We also buy exclusively from sellers we've worked with for years — if a pair can't be verified, it never reaches the site.
Are the shoes new or pre-owned?
Both. Each listing states the condition plainly — new or pre-owned — and pre-owned pairs are graded honestly rather than described optimistically. If you'd like more detail or extra photos before ordering, message us and we'll send them.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is already included in the listed price. There's nothing added at checkout, and we ship to all fifty states, tracked and insured.
Can I return a pair if it doesn't fit?
All footwear and luxury goods are final sale. Because each pair is a single size and independently sourced, we can't accept returns or exchanges. Full sizing detail is on every product page, and we're happy to answer sizing questions before you buy.
Do you offer preorders?
Yes. Preorder windows open for upcoming drops and are announced by email first. Sign up to the newsletter and you'll hear before anything posts publicly.

Do you buy or consign sneakers?
